The recruiting process
If you are interested in pursuing a career with us, here’s how you apply to BlueRock. The recruiting process is tailored to learn about you as a potential colleague and person. The process itself is structured in 5 steps:
- Apply for a position with your CV and motivational letter – qualify for the role you are applying for with a one-pager CV and motivational letter (in English)
- 1st interview round (with one of our consultants)
- 2nd interview round (with one of our senior team members)
- 3rd interview round (with one of our partners)
- Receive the offer
The interview with our team members will dominantly be based on case-studies. We believe the best way to assess your problem-solving skills is to discuss a real client scenario with you. This kind of approach helps us understand how you structure your toughs, articulate the problem you are solving, identify key implications, and all the other relevant capabilities of a successful consultant.
